Not necessarily. In addition to our dedicated Cliffs Builders neighborhoods, we’ve identified select homesites within Mountain Park, Keowee Springs, and Walnut Cove that are ideal for our home plans.
While this depends on many factors, we expect homes to be completed within 18 months of groundbreaking.
Yes, you can sit down with one of our designers, who will help you choose your furniture for one room or the whole house. After a furnishings meeting, clients will receive a curated assortment of styles to select from based on their lifestyle, design aesthetic, etc. for select rooms.
You’ll have up to two full days at our Design Center to make selections.
Depending on the stage of construction, limited customization options may be available for finishes and fixtures in our Spec Home Program.
Membership is available but not automatically included. Our sales team can guide you through membership options that are available for purchase at the time of contract.
