(TRAVELERS REST, S.C.) – The Cliffs announced today the release of 11 new homesites at Southridge at The Cliffs at Walnut Cove. Located within minutes of Asheville and nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, the new enclave offers a mountain refuge atop one of the highest peaks at The Cliffs at Walnut Cove. The Cliffs announced today that real estate sales by its brokerage teams totaled $180,570,732 through the third quarter of 2021. This represents 272 transactions and a 24% volume increase from the same period last year. An additional 59 sales for $41,334,100 are currently pending across The Cliffs’ seven mountain and lake club communities.
